A Civil Engineer and alumnus of Walchand College of Engineering (1977), the Founder & Chairman of Skylark Constructions Pvt. Ltd. brings over five decades of experience in the construction industry. After gaining experience in structural design and contracting, he founded the company in 1990. Under his leadership, Skylark has successfully delivered industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects, guided by strong engineering principles, quality standards, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Mr.Rohit Pandit
B.E. Civil M.S (USA) - CEO

A Civil Engineer, the CEO is a graduate of the University of Mumbai (2005) and holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Construction Management) from Oklahoma State University, USA (2006). With over 20 years of experience, he has led residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects in India and expanded operations internationally by establishing Skylark Contracting LLC in Dubai in 2014.

What We Do

We provide civil contracting and specialized industrial construction services for private-sector clients and public-sector agencies across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Maharashtra. Our core capabilities include:

    Construction of factories, warehouses, industrial sheds and RCC facilities, including associated civil, structural, flooring and infrastructure works.

echnology-enabled project control has been a key focus at Skylark Constructions. Drawing on our practical experience in construction and contracting, we have continuously worked to develop digital systems that improve the way projects and business operations are managed.

SCPL has developed its own custom ERP platform and mobile application to streamline key processes including project monitoring, procurement, cost control, documentation and reporting. These systems help improve visibility, coordination and accountability, while supporting better control over project costs and timelines.
