A Civil Engineer and alumnus of Walchand College of Engineering (1977), the Founder & Chairman of Skylark Constructions Pvt. Ltd. brings over five decades of experience in the construction industry. After gaining experience in structural design and contracting, he founded the company in 1990. Under his leadership, Skylark has successfully delivered industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects, guided by strong engineering principles, quality standards, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Mr.Rohit Pandit
B.E. Civil M.S (USA) - CEO

A Civil Engineer, the CEO is a graduate of the University of Mumbai (2005) and holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Construction Management) from Oklahoma State University, USA (2006). With over 20 years of experience, he has led residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects in India and expanded operations internationally by establishing Skylark Contracting LLC in Dubai in 2014.

We provide EPC, design–build and execution-focused construction services, catering to both private sector clients and public sector agencies. Our core capabilities include:

  • EPC & Design–Build – Industrial Buildings
    Factories, warehouses, PEB structures, hot-rolled steel buildings and RCC industrial facilities.

  • Railway Infrastructure Projects
    Tender-based execution of railway civil and structural works with strong emphasis on QA/QC, safety and documentation.

  • Residential Building Construction (Developers)
    Residential buildings and redevelopment projects for developers and housing societies, delivered with focus on structural quality, timelines and cost control.

  • Structural Retrofitting & Strengthening
    Engineered solutions for existing buildings involving RCC repair, strengthening, load enhancement and life-extension works.

ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING

Use of technology to monitor construction operations was a key focus of SCPL. Our company has been in continuous effort to develop a sustainable ERP software for contracting business with use of its experience in this field.

SCPL has successfully develop its own ERP portal and an custom android application to streamline its business processes to save cost and time overrun in projects.
