Mr.Umesh Pandit
B.E. Civil M.I.E - Managing Director/ Founder

Civil Engineer by profession studied at Walchand College of Engineering, graduated in 1977. After gaining experience in structural design and contracting industry he started this company in 1980. Since then he has sucessfully completed various industrial, residential and infrastructure projects in his 40 years of experience running this company. Skylark Team is guided by his experience and he has a key roles in planning and execution of on going projects in quality and with full client satisfaction.

Mr.Rohit Umesh Pandit
B.E. Civil M.S (USA) - Director

Civil Engineer by profession studied at University of Mumbai in 2005. He has completed his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering at Oklahoma State University in the United States of America in 2006. He has pursued a major in Construction Management. He has been working as a director in his family owned company in India M/s Skylark Constructions Pvt. Ltd. He has experience of building construction for 15 years in which he has executed many projects in residential, commercial & industrial sectors. He has also started a contracting branch in Dubai, UAE since 2014 Skylark Contracting LLC and has completed various residential and residential projects.

ERP

ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING

Use of technology to monitor construction operations was a key focus of SCPL. Our company has been in continuous effort to develop a sustainable ERP software for contracting business with use of its experience in this field.

SCPL has successfully develop its own ERP portal and an custom android application to streamline its business processes to save cost and time overrun in projects.
